Bilva Archana Puja
Attain divine grace, protection, and spiritual upliftment by offering sacred Bilva leaves to Mahadev.
Bilva Archana Puja is one of the most sacred and transformative rituals in Sanatan Dharma, performed to worship Lord Shiva, the destroyer of negativity and the giver of moksha. This revered offering of Bilva leaves (Belpatra) to the Shiva Linga signifies surrender, purification, and spiritual awakening.
As per scriptures, the Bilva Tree is itself a divine tirtha, and offering its leaves is equivalent to performing numerous pilgrimages. Especially during Shravan Maas, Masik Shivratri, and Mondays, this puja becomes highly auspicious and spiritually potent.

About Bilva Archana Puja
.png)
In this sacred ritual, Bilva leaves—which hold immense spiritual symbolism—are offered to Lord Shiva with each name from the 108 Names of Shiva (Ashtottara Shatanamavali) or Rudram chant. The three-leafed Bilva represents Shiva’s Trishul, the Trimurti, and the body-mind-soul union, making it a powerful medium of connection with Mahadev.
It is believed that one who offers even a single pure Bilva leaf with devotion is released from all sins and receives divine blessings for good health, peace, and salvation.
