Maa Kali, the fiercest form of Adi Shakti, is the embodiment of time, destruction of evil, and spiritual liberation. Her divine form, as mentioned in the Devi Mahatmya, annihilated the demon Raktabija whose blood birthed more demons. Maa Kali consumed each drop of his blood, symbolizing her ability to consume our darkest fears, karmic loads, and inner demons.

This puja begins with the installation (Sthapana) of Maa Kali along with Lord Ganesh and Navgraha Kalash. The puja follows with Ganesh Puja, Navgraha Shanti, Vakra Kali Puja, and Mahakali Beejakshara Jaap. Durga Sukta Parayanam and Navayoni Chakra Puja are performed to awaken Shakti and activate inner chakras. Finally, a powerful Homam is conducted with offerings like ghee, sesame, honey, mustard, and sugar, invoking Maa Kali's transformative energy.

Performed under the guidance of trained priests, the ritual is best conducted in Kashi during Amavasya, Fridays, or Saturn-influenced periods. The ritual ensures not only spiritual elevation but also victory over personal and professional obstacles.
